Our first vacation as family...

We just got done with our wonderful vacation to a beautiful island in FL called St. George Island. This island doesn’t have much to do, so it allowed us to have a very relaxing time. Matt got to play golf and a few games of tennis. Katie got to shop and catch up on a little sleep. We had a wonderful time walking the beach-front and riding bikes. See our photos here.

Nashville Zoo

Well this past few weeks have been crazy for us. We have a walking baby and we took him to the zoo to let it all out, but we found that the zoo scared him a little. He wouldn’t walk all that much, the concrete was different then home carpet. And Matt starts his new job this week. He did leave Apple (I know some of you can’t believe this....) and going to work for Flat Earth Networking. This will allow him to be home on the weekends.

They finally meet....

Conner finally got to meet Mr. Wilbur from the new movie coming out of Charlotte’s Web. The pig lives in Murfreesboro in a subdivision called Jamison Downs. So this was his picture with Wilbur. You can see a bigger one on his picture site, click on Conner at the top of the previous page.

Conner is trying his best to mimic our mouth movements to create words, but it still just comes out as dadadadadada. Which dad accredits as dada, but mom disagrees and wins.

We are having an incredible time learning to live with our wonderful God-given addition. He loves to fly, dance, learning to walk, watching the weather on TV, watch Baby Einstein, sleep, and the kitty kat (Taylor).

Please continue to pray that God provides the monetary necessities to keep up with a child.

Oh summertime

I hope all is going well for you guys. But nothing much going on at the Woodruff household. We have the normal everyday summer stuff going on... you know the mowing of the grass, the occasional picnic/cookouts, and lots of tennis. And Conner is growing like crazy. The boy is over 6 months now. He has a little bit of a congestion going on that we have tried many different medicines for but nothing is working so far. Leave me a comment below or email us.
